All-Star Break: Top-10 PER (with TEN+ Comparison)

The All-Star festivities are upon us tonight.  I am watching the dunk contest but thought I would submit a quick comparison of Hollinger's top-10 PER with a side-by-side with TEN+.

TEN+, A Closer Look

TEN+ is a professional basketball rating system that is similar in concept to OPS+
or ERA+ in baseball. Therefore, a "100" rating is the baseline for a starter-level
player. I have attempted to incorporate defense by using regression analysis of
on-court and off-court data. It is a pace-adjusted, per-minute evaluation tool.

I am Hoop Geek.  I have created a basketball rating system that I call TEN+.  TEN+ is a hat-tip to the pioneers of advanced basketball statistical analysis such as Martin Manley (Tendex.)  The "+" signifies that is based on a 100 system similar to ERA+ or OPS+ in baseball sabermetrics.
